We want your shopping experience at Littlesnugly to be absolutely perfect! We hope you love every item you receive, but if not, we will do our best to make your return process as smooth and painless as possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via live chat or email team@littlesnugly.com to explain the situation and attach pictures of the item. Do not request a return directly, we need to verify whether the problem is caused by us first so that we can provide you with a more appropriate solution.
How do I return an item?
a.Return requests must be submitted within 25 days of receiving the item.
b.Please contact the customer service team to request a return first and then proceed with the return after authorization.
c.Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item.
d.Returned items must be complete, unwashed, unworn, in original condition and tags, and in the original packaging.
e.Littlesnugly reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is incomplete or the item is not returned within a reasonable time.
Which items are not returnable?
a.Items marked as final sale
b.Items that have been delivered for more than 25 days
c.Clearance items
d.Items that have been worn, washed, or completely unpacked
e.Items without original tags attached
f.Customized items
Exceptions: If the item is damaged or defective, please contact the customer service team first to apply for a return or refund. Our customer service staff will provide you with the most convenient processing solution to ensure that your rights are protected.
How much is the return fee?
a.The return fee will be deducted from your refund total, and the shipping fee of the original order will not be refunded. .
b.If the returned item is not handled according to the return instructions, an additional 20% restocking fee may be charged.
c.The refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting relevant fees.
Refund Method
a.The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
b.The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
c.We do not provide exchange service at this time (unless the item is damaged when received). To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item. We will process your refund promptly upon receipt of the return.
How soon can I expect to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, we will process your refund and it will be processed via your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If refunding to a credit or debit card, please allow up to 10 business days for your credit card company to credit your account.
Items lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping
Littlesnugly is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping. To ensure the safety of your package, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method for your return so that both parties can track the status of your order.
