Standard and Free Shipping

a. Free shipping on orders over $90

b. $6.96 shipping fee for orders under $90

c. Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive after it leaves our warehouse for standard shipping. Delays may occur during shipping and Littlesnugly is not responsible for them. If you require an item that is guaranteed to arrive within a certain time frame, we recommend that you place your order in advance so that your order arrives within the scheduled time frame.


The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate provided by the carrier based on the delivery address. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, and geopolitical factors.

Expedited Shipping

a. Please contact our customer service team for expedited shipping.

b. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order is shipped

c. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes, MPO Boxes, or military addresses.


Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include 1-2 business days of processing time. Carriers may experience delays, which are beyond Littlesnugly's control.


We are usually able to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days (except for pre-orders). Once the order is processed, we will ship it according to the shipping method you selected. Please note that delivery time does not include processing time.

If you need the product urgently, we recommend that you purchase expedited shipping to speed up delivery.

Please note that we cannot change your shipping method or delivery address after placing an order. Therefore, please ensure that your address information and delivery speed are correct before completing your purchase.


Delivery

When placing an order, you are responsible for filling in the delivery address. Littlesnugly is not responsible if the order cannot be delivered or is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by you.

You can submit a claim for undelivered/lost parcels within 7 days after the parcel is shipped (i.e. from the date the carrier receives the parcel). After this period, claims will not be accepted and Littlesnugly will not be responsible.


Littlesnugly will not be responsible for orders that the carrier claims were "delivered" to the correct delivery address if the carrier provides proof of delivery (photo or signature). If the carrier fails to provide proof of delivery, Littlesnugly will assume responsibility and reach an agreement with the customer to determine a refund or re-shipment.


Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package using the carrier's tracking service.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have problems tracking your package using the tracking number we provide, please contact our customer service team at team@littlesnugly.com. We are unable to change or edit an order once it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email immediately after placing the order. We are unable to cancel your order after it has been processed.
